WebFor those who don't know, incontinence is a medical condition where, basically, you can't hold in your pee or poop very well. I wear adult diapers to manage this condition. Other than that, I'm a pretty average 20 year old girl. If you have a ceiling fan use it! Remember that you will want to switch the fan direction to lift air during the Summer. Lots of other things, just keep in mind that moving the heat out of the home is the goal.
