WebHouzz will take your money and leave you with nothing. I purchased a $1,700 fireplace mantle on sale from Houzz’s website 10/30. It was supposed to ship between 11/04-11/08 and be delivered to me no later than 11/17. Historic Mantles out of Buffalo, NY packaged my item and marked it as “ready for pick up” on 10/31.
