Hi, I have installed ISE 2.3, but one of the 3595 appliance is stuck on Application Server Initializing satate and not proceeding to running status. DNS , Time zone and NTP settings were changed and this issue started. This node was a primary node, then I changed it to secondary, but issue was still there. I've noticed the host I have this on is overall slow (I did some maintenance to it tonight, but it's still not perfect), and a VM of this spec doesn't run really well on it.
